Chris Miglino - CEO

Christopher is CEO and Founder of Conscious Enlightenment, Inc., a Gaiam company. Conscious Enlightenment owns and operates a variety of media assets and socially responsible products that have been developed to meet the needs of the ever-expanding LOHAS and Cultural Creative consumer market. He oversees the strategy and operations of Conscious Enlightenment's Lime Advertising Network, Lime.com, Yogamates.com, The Enlightenment Card and Conscious Enlightenment Publishing, which prints magazines in Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, New York and Seattle. Christopher is also an investor in and serves on the board of Golden Bridge Yoga, one of the largest yoga studio operations in the United States. He lives in Southern California with his wife and four children.

Kasey Luber - Tour Guide / Director of Yogamates.com

Kasey is your guide to this virtual world of yoga we call yogamates.com. Kasey skips and swims and runs and cartwheels and flies through life while trying to master the art of staying grounded. Kasey is also known as Karuna, which means the action of compassion. She tries to live up to this name in every step of every day. She believes in yoga not only as a daily practice but also as a way of life. She believes in mantra, love, sunshine, human connection, honesty, hiking, meditation, oceans, happiness, and being upside down. Kasey is inspired by every person she interviews for YogaTV and every person she meets. She thinks that Yoga and Media are fascinating and loves combining the two. She feels blessed to work with such amazing people in such a beautiful, productive, forward thinking, eco-friendly atmosphere. Kasey is a trained kundalini teacher and can often be found at Golden Bridge Yoga Studio in Hollywood. Kasey is a lover of life and laughter and intelligence and beauty and you. Ross Thompson - Technology Director, CE Media

Ross is responsible for keeping our sites running smoothly, fixing things that break, and directing the development of new features. He has practiced yoga on his own since the late 1980s when he took a series of Iyengar classes in Chicago. He likes to loosen up with yoga before tending his beehives.

Dylan Fox - Project Leader

Originally from London, Dylan has over 20 years experience in IT and is currently responsible for the development team and for implementing all the new features in the site and occasionally breaking some of them too. He is a family man and a keen jogger.

Devri Machado - Office Manager, Senior Bookkeeper

Devri is a native of Southern California. She lives with her 17-year-old daughter and her parents in Mar Vista. Devri takes care of the hip downtown Los Angeles office. Her favorite part of her job is working with such amazing, friendly people.

Domenico Tedone - Graphic Designer

Italian-born Domenico likes his design to emphasize simplicity and aesthetic pleasure over complexity of meaning. He enjoys mixing European vision with an American one, in order to create a cool global mix. Yogamates.com’s work environment is perfect for Domenico’s calm nature.

Kyle Remmenga - Video Editor

Kyle is 25, single and very good looking. He has been with the company since 2006. He works as an editor on various media projects ranging from the John Friend - Anusara Teachers Training videos to ongoing editing for MonthlyYogaDVD.com and Yogamates.com. Outside of the office, he works at pursuing a career in the film industry as a motion picture director. He has written, directed and produced several short films, music videos and sketch comedies. His most recent projects include a pilot for development of an episodic television show and a new feature length documentary.

D Marmorstein - Director of Video Production

D is the director of our video production department, based in Los Angeles. In addition to providing all video content for Yogamates, D is also Managing Director of all video content for Lime.com and MonthlyYogaDVD.com.

Eric Koester-Karsch - Cameraman and Editor

Terry Lei - Web Developer

Terry was a double major in Computer Science & Engineering and Mathematics in Computing in 2006 at University of California, Los Angeles. He has been working in web development for eight years. His primary focus here is on dynamic development between PHP and Flash. He also builds content management systems for the websites. He created the current player for YogaTV on Yogamates.com.

Caroline Casper - Marketing Manager, CE Media

Caroline introduced the San Francisco yogamates team to the wonders of lunchtime yoga with our beloved local teacher, Ginger Layden-Braun, and the office hasn't been the same since. As Marketing Manager of CE Media (CE Magazines, Yogamates.com and Lime.com) Caroline has had the opportunity to dive deep into the rich Bay Area yoga, eco and healthy living community. When she’s not planning Green Festival After Parties or engaging in her weekly writing class, you'll find Caroline on her mat at Yoga Tree, Laughing Lotus, or Satori yoga studios. She delights in the vigorous vinyasa style of teachers, Les Leventhal, Janet Stone, Stephanie Snyder, Jasmine Tarkeshi and Dana Flynn. Occasionally, you’ll even catch a glimpse of Caroline dancing on mountain peaks in Ojai during a Bhakti flow class with Saul David Raye.

Sergio DiazGranados - Advertising and Marketing

Although not a yogi by any means, Sergio has loved living a healthy life and sees the value in all practices. He was introduced to yoga while studying martial arts when he was younger. However, through his work with the Whole Life Times/Conscious Choice/Common Ground publications and Yogamates.com, he has gained a better understanding of the history, science, and passion behind the art of yoga. Through his 15 years of playing with yoga, Sergio has tried Hatha, Kundalini, Power, and even Bikram is it getting hot in here? Sergio’s favorite quote from the yoga movement is “Keep your hands on your own asana, buddy.” Sergio works as an advertising and marketing consultant for Yogamates.com.

Carrie Fitzsimmons - Account Executive

As a fun-loving, easy-going person Carrie believes in living life fully and being 100% self expressed. She has been practicing yoga since 1995. It is a way of life now and forever for her. Listening to her intuition allows her to be at peace knowing that she is on her right path in life. Some might say she is a bit of a health nut or their personal health guru. As often as possible, she demonstrates living a complete balanced life, mind/body/spirit. Moderation is the key to her life! Carrie is very passionate about teaching others how to live a healthier more balanced lifestyle. She pursues this love of hers through her work and helps businesses promote their healthy and/or eco-friendly products, ideas, services, education, etc. to their communities and to the world. Carrie’s goal in life is to live moment to moment in complete joy!

William Gastelum - Account Executive

William joined the Yogamates family in August 2007 as a sales rep. He has the natural ability to make people feel comfortable and cared for. Throughout his professional career, primarily as a film editor and photographer for companies like Fox, Image Bank, HBO, and Getty Images, he somehow managed to mix in a little sales work, connecting people and businesses to create win-win situations. Up for anything, Will is usually the first in the office to try something new, which suits his open and inquisitive mind. For him, yoga is one of those new explorations. With his physical roots in a family background of mixed martial arts and as a long-distance running star, he finds yoga both strange and invigorating. His newest travel adventure was a week-long trip to India with Chris Miglino, the CEO of Yogamates.com, which he won by achieving one of the highest new sales goals for the month. Upon his return from the Motherland, William remarked that it was an eye-opening experience for him that he surely won’t forget. Quite the globetrotter, some of his other travels and places of residence include Costa Rica, London, Ecuador, Biarritz, Brussels, Paris, Japan, and New York. He is now settled in Studio City, with his beautiful and intelligent wife, Anita, and his twins, Stella and Emerson. When he's not connecting with people and spending time with family, you can usually find him in his shop garage whittling wood, gardening, restoring his vintage 1967 Volkswagon Beetle or snapping photos around town and in his back yard.

Sara LeVere - Account Executive

Fun-maker. Dreamer. Smiler. Wife. Lover. Friend. Muse. Often ambitious. Sometimes lazy. Often quiet. Sometimes loud. Fast typer. Fast reader. Slow yogini. Slow eater. Closet theatrical. Open breather. Sara found her home on the Los Angeles west side in sunny Santa Monica in 2001. She fell in love with yoga and her husband simultaneously. On paper and in practice she’s a certified Power Yoga teacher and Budokon Sensei, but over time she’s come to understand herself as more of a business entrepreneur and enjoys the student aspect of doing and being yoga. Ultimately, Sara has decided her purpose here is to experience joy above all things, whether it be enjoyment in expanding YogiChocolate.com, or yogaing, or snowboarding, or matchmaking eco conscious businesses for the fun and fabulous Gaiam family that she so digs being a part of.

Carrie “Acequia” Staller - Account Executive

Carrie loves practicing all forms of movement. Whether flying coworkers at the office or doing African dance on the sand, She has been dancing for most of her life. Her most favorite forms of movement are Acroyoga, Acrobalance, Swedish and Thai massage, African dance, Vinyassa and Bikram Yoga, Contact Improvisation, Hoola Hooping, Stilt Walking, and Ecstatic Dance. She lives by the philosophy that she is manifesting what she seeks, but some Jedi training never hurts.

Debbie Steingesser - Account Executive

Debbie first experienced the bliss of savasana as a teenager during the final moments of a modern dance class at Brant Lake Camp in upstate New York. A dancer all her life, Debbie has traveled around the world studying and performing West African dance. In 2005, Debbie began actively practicing Flow yoga with Elizabeth Herrick, Gizella Donald, and Bill Wyland at Bernal Yoga Studio, her home away from home, in San Francisco. Debbie's reintroduction to the joy of yoga encouraged her to accept a position with CE Media/Yogamates.com. Through her work with CE, Debbie has delighted in following her yogic path around California at events such as the Green Yoga Conference, Ojai Yoga Crib, and Yoga Journal Conference SF. Debbie is consistently amazed and inspired by the work and teachings of Erich Schiffmann, Denise Kaufman, Dana Flynn, Kira Ryder, Seane Corn, Rod Stryker, Joel Kramer, Ganga White, and Saul David Raye. Debbie is currently dancing her way through a 200-hour holistic yoga teacher training with Bhakti Grand Master, Saul David Raye at Exhale Center for Sacred Movement in Venice, CA.
