This handmade tote carries with it hope to marginalized ethnic women from Burma and the Thai-Burma-India border areas. Tote is hand woven on a backstrap loom and hand embroidered. Crafted from 100% cotton threads and seed from the Bur Tha Klee tree by women from the Umpium Mai refugee camp in Thailand.
