Buffalo Yoga offers supportive and safe yoga instruction in asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and other holistic health methods - empowering each student to explore, open and grow in body, mind and spirit. The core of our classes are taught in the Vinyasa style of yoga - meaning a flow practice with an emphasis on breath and movement.
