My favorite pose: Eka Pada Koundinyasa, it's the closest I have gotten to levitating,..so far..

My favorite Music: Buddha Lounge 6 is on heavy rotation for me right now, Bob Marley, Jem, Krishna Das, anything tribal it gets me out of my head :)

My favorite Books: The Yoga sutras ( This book is astonishingly small for the wealth of wisdom it holds inside ), The Bible ( When I think of the ultimate Yogi, I think of Jesus, what a wonderful example ) Meditations from the mat ( Beautiful in how it brings the Yamas and Niyamas into our daily existince, and breaks them down, making these principales so accessible ) Happy Yoga ( mmmm,..love this one, read it, it will leave you smiling, and laughing ) The Illuminated Rumi ( juicy, compelling, delicous! ) The gift of Hafiz ( Brilliant poetry, written so long ago, and yet so relevant )

My favorite Movies: The Princess Bride ( If I ever have a daughter her name will be Buttercup,.. is that taking it to far ? LOL! ) Wedding Crashers ( Brilliant! ) Zoolander, The Golden Compass ( I want to have an animal like the people in the movie,..not fair! Hmmmm...mine would be a pug! ) Closer ( Fascinating, gritty, and I may be in love with Natalie Portman ) Mr. Jones ( definately have a huge soft spot for Richard Gere, and this my favorite of him )

My Heroes: My Mom ( she is a little tiny super hero! ) We call her " The Bee " because she moves so fast and loves wearing yellow,..I suppose that's a pretty decent name for a superhero!!!

My Favorite City: Wherever I am, sounds cheesy, but I find myself completely in love with whatever place I find myself usually,..that is, until I leave, and then I fall in love with that place, and so on...I guess I find it easy to appreciate the differences.

Things that make me smile: My family rocks and I am so blessed to also have incredible friends, Yoga and the study of yoga, Being outside enjoying nature, Poetry, Music my life has a soundtrack, Pugs, Spider monkeys, Cuddlingwith my honey

My favorite time of day: When I wake up, I love the quiet time, it feels like its just me and God. Also the end with good company, letting the day go good or bad

Theory on life: Unconditional Love is the name of the game

My Destinations: Going to Australia in October with Annie Carpenter,..and hopefully Bali ( still crossing my fingers for Bali,..actually forget finger crossing...I am in full eagle pose...LOL! )
