Gurmuck is in my humble opinion a most excellent student of the great mystic Yogi Bhajan. Yogi Bhajan and Gurmuck are most known for keeping up the ecstasy in the Kundalini. 

I am a direct disciple of Swami Sivananda. I met him in 1962. The most downloaded free book ever on the internet is Sivananda's book titled "Kundalini". 

I have studied personally with at least 30 of the greatest non american yoga teachers... especially in the 60's and 70's. I believe without doubt that the Yoga that Gurmuck teaches is the most powerful kundalini yoga being taught publicly in the world today. 

It is for those that have courage. There is a great deal of breathing. Sivananda oft did 4 hours of conscious breathing each day.  All who knew him well realized that he lived in will call ecstasy. Gurmuck has a great focus on the divine kundalini breath. 

The path that Gurmuck teaches will often transform the highly realized yogi to the ecstasy then bliss.

So i give my heart felt support Gurmuck and her husband daughter and all at the Golden Bridge.

The teachers are there to help you along your spiritual journey and answer whatever questions you might have along the way.
