Beginners Kundalini Yoga & Meditation (beginner)
Kundalini Yoga uses movement, sound current, breath and meditation to relax and heal your mind and body, allowing the spirit to flow freely. Kundalini Yoga brings a greater feeling of well-being and happiness - our natural birthright as humans. This powerful and effective form of Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D., Master of Kundalini Yoga, is a great way to recharge and heal your body quickly. How? By stimulating the nervous and immune systems, while improving strength and flexibility, as it centers the mind and opens the spirit. From your very first class, you'll reap the rewards including-- relief from back pain, stress, addiction, depression and insomnia, as well as weight control. Children's Yoga/Ages 3-5 (beginner)
Children's Yoga is fun! It sets your child for a lifetime of good health, radiance and happiness! By using nature and animal-themed games, dance and song to stimulate the mind, the creative spirit and enhance the health, our program is a safe and fun environment for children ages 3-12 years of age to expand, explore and express their unique physical, emotional, mental and spiritual gifts. Classes follow a flexible structure based on the age, interest, and ability of the child. Stories and music accompany our fun and educational "journeys" to exotic lands. The children use their imaginations and Animal Yoga postures to learn new vocabulary, develop motor and movement skills, and to understand balance and relaxation through meditation and breath. Partner poses and group meditations give children the experience of teamwork and trust with others; naming and teaching their very own yoga poses provides children with leadership and confidence-building skills. Our Children's Yoga Classes combine yoga postures and meditation to help transform the body, mind and spirit of our young ones, building the foundation for a bright tomorrow for all of us!

Deep Meditation & Gong
Learning the Art & Science of Deep Meditation takes time… time to still the mind, so the deeper voice of the Soul can be Heard. We now have three chances at Golden Bridge Yoga, to develop the benefits that come to one through Deeper Meditation. “Meditation is when the mind becomes totally clean and receptive, and Infinity talks to the man.” Yogi Bhajan Join us in the company of like minded souls, and experience the bliss that comes with touching the depths of your own sublime nature.
Flow Yoga - Mixed
A fluid and powerful class, interweaving breath, rhythm, energy movement and playfulness. Creating a unique Tantra experience, the Yoga of energy and transformation works at a moderate pace in the vinyasa style, linking movement to breath, building heat, strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.
Hatha Yoga-Mixed (intermediate)
Hatha yoga, practiced for health and vitality, is a marvelous way of exercising, stretching, and freeing the body so you can be healthy and vital in body, mind and soul. Some experience necessary.
Iyengar Yoga - Beginner
Iyengar Method is based on giving primacy to the physical alignment of the body in the poses, the philosophy is: once balance is created in the body - it will be reflected in the mind. This class utilizes props: blankets, blocks, straps, and bolsters. The purpose of the props is to assist the student in attaining ideal alignment, even if the body is not yet open enough yet. It is a wonderful practice for opening up the body. Asasna's are held for extended periods of time to emphasize and cultivate proper alignment and mindfulness. This method will complement any practice you have as a yogi whether it is flowing or a kundalini practice.

Mommy & Me (Daddies too!) (beginner)
Motherhood and Fatherhood is such a precious gift. Bring your children (up to 3 years old) and join other famiiles, as you and your baby exercise, relax, dance and rejoice together! Kundalini Yoga is an excellent way for a mother to get back into shape quickly, and dads to stay in shape - and to meet other new parents. As your children stay right by your side, you will move, breathe dance, stretch and strengthen. The children will then join you for their turn with movement, coordinated with songs, dancing and brain development exercises. This time together is so much fun, and creates a great sense of community with other families. A time so precious. Our little ones are our tomorrow, our future. These classes provide an opportunity for all to come together in an atmosphere that is joyful, setting the foundation for bright minds. Together we are creating a new world
PreNatal Yoga (beginner)
Pregnancy is one of the most special times in a woman's life. It is a time for nurturing, slowing down and learning to meditate, while being in the company of other mothers-to-be. These unique Prenatal Yoga Classes provide safe, simple and effective exercises designed to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing body, preparing you for a conscious childbirth. Join other pregnant women as you strengthen your physical body with yoga, and bring clarity and fearlessness to your mind through meditation, and free yourself with dance. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is the cornerstone of our Prenatal Yoga classes, which go far beyond the physical realm of mere movement. Our prenatal program helps mothers-to-be discover a deeper sense of peace and harmony within, lifting blocks of fear, doubt and old conditioning out of pregnancy, birth, as well as life. Developing a meditative mind, she brings this to her birth experience, as well as to her family and home. Our goal... creating a more peaceful world through strong and conscious mothers. Come share with other women in community, as you strengthen your body, relax your mind, and to trust in your own power and strength. All women at any stage in their pregnancy are welcome.
